With the engineering graduate programme, we offer master's graduates with a passion for aviation the ideal entry into the fascinating world of air navigation services. In 24 months, you will learn all about the great variety of duties in of our (operational) technical areas. You will take on your own duties and exciting sub-projects right from the outset.

You can also establish a network both at and beyond the company through work shadowing and excursions. Our programme has been designed to cover everything you need to really get to grips with the complex and exciting aviation system and help shape the future of the industry.

Our engineering graduate trainee programme is designed specifically to prepare you for taking on a highly responsible position. You will be accompanied by your personal mentor from senior management, another mentor from a previous trainee programme and a sparring partner from the talent management department. Shortly before the end of the programme, you can then apply for any job vacancies posted. After all, we are also keenly focused on securing your long-term development with us.

What we are looking for

Prerequisite

  • A degree in electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, IT or industrial engineering

  • A master's degree (2.5 or better)

Profile

  • Some international experience, perhaps from a semester abroad or an internship

  • Good standard of English, both oral and written

Personal characteristics

  • Passionate about engineering and aviation

  • Good at grasping complex relationships

  • Communicative team player
