Everything you need for an optimal career start
Every year, around 200 trainees/apprentices and dual students from all over Germany start their aviation careers at DFS. We are a vast reservoir of experience when it involves young people just starting their careers. Many of them will be moving away from home for the first time in their lives.
We are well aware of this situation and what is needed to deal successfully with it. Consequently, we will ensure that new social and team structures are built up quickly.
Personalised support
Our career starters and DFS are united by one important goal: the successful completion of their training. If there is a problem, we are immediately on hand with trained instructors – be it for learning difficulties or personal concerns. The reward for this commitment on both sides is the perfect springboard for a long career in air navigation services.
