What you will learn with us

During your training, you will spend time working in each of the classic business areas, such as human resources, procurement and accounting. This also includes operational areas such as air traffic management, staff scheduling or flight route planning.

Here, you will learn about special flight-related topics, such as calculating air navigation services charges. This makes your training particularly varied and exciting.

Team spirit – with a secure future

Throughout your training, you will be firmly integrated into the team in all your departments. You will be working in our friendly and appreciative atmosphere. Joint leisure events with other trainees and dual students also help promote team spirit.

For your future, we can therefore say with confidence: you will be safe with us. After all, our goal is always to offer you a permanent position after completing your training and accompany you on your path with us. This could, for example, be by supporting you with further training at the chamber of industry & commerce (IHK) or a part-time degree programme.
